Treatment of surfaces
Superficial treatments of pieces that are carried out previously before applying some surface type. Treatment systems for immersion, spray or spray-immersion. Processes of fosfatized, of Zn, of Mg and of Fe. Phosphate processes degrease. Processes of degreases with acids or alkalines. Processes of degreases with cold or hot products.
The tunnels for the fosfatized processes are built with gondolas and enclosures of the tight type in Inox stainles steel or black foil, structured with external profiled irons to the tunnel. The systems of heating of solutions can be made with interchangers of heat with vapor, sobresaturated water, thermal fluid, or serpentine of combustion gases coming from specially designed burners of natural gas. The spray systems are conceived to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance. The fosfatized systems are provided of agitators, towers of mud and decantadores.
